Composite Panels

Composite panels are the ideal choice for industrial and commercial projects. Providing fast installation and economic advantages, composite roofing provides an ideal solution for large areas of roof where complex shapes are not required.

A wide range of different finishes and colours are available as well as superior thermal performance and fire ratings. The various thicknesses will achieve  the thermal efficiency required i.e. 120mm thick panels can be used in a structural capacity or 40mm panels can be used in an aesthetic role increasing the thermal efficiency of an existing building.

Standing Seam Roofing

Standing seams are lightweight roof systems, making them ideal for steel frame new build and refurbishment projects. The non-penetrative clip-fixing systems make it an ideal product choice for low pitch applications. It also avoids the need for joints as it can be manufactured to tailor-made lengths.

Complex shapes can be formed, including waveform curves, tapers – offering architectural appeal. Roof penetrations such as rooflights, access hatches and smoke vents can be incorporated without compromise to the roof system. The finished roof system is low maintenance and available in a range of colours and finishes.

Built Up

Since its introduction into the commercial and industrial roofing trade, the built up system has been known as a flexible and diverse alternative to traditional composite panelling. The built up system, also known as twin skin cladding, is installed in a similar way to the composite system using a liner sheet base, insulating core and aluminium or coated steel top sheets to finish.

The liner sheets in particular have a number of benefits for the average industrial and commercial building owner and are just one individual roof component used in this system that can be adapted to your specific requirements. For instance, perforated liner sheets can be installed to limit noise pollution, whilst liners with a greater level of thickness can be applied to ensure safety when trafficking across the roof prior to completion. With an average lifespan of between 20 and 25 years, built up cladding can provide your industrial roof with a flexible, thermally efficient and hardwearing system for years to come.

Vieo

Vieo is a cost effective alternative to traditional lead and zinc roofing,  it is quick and simple to install and is available in a variety of metals including steel and aluminium.  Vieo provides the aesthetic and charm of time-honoured materials like lead or zinc and is manufactured by Euroclad using the latest technology. The products details are simpler therefore making it quicker and easier to install.  Vieo is also available curved or tapered, making it easy to achieve relatively complicated building shapes.

Vieo means stitch or seam in Latin which refers to the seam overlap that is folded and closed to secure the roof and make it weather able.  Available as a warm or cold roof and is suitable for use with residential, commercial and public buildings. The roof is a perfect complement of cost, technology and form.  A range of exciting materials, colours and finishes provides a relatively low-cost alternative to traditional systems without compromising colour, quality or finish.
