Smoke Vents

AOV’s or smoke vents are designed to reduce smoke and heat build up in buildings in the event of fire, a necessity when building commercial buildings. The smoke ventilation window is activated either automatically by a smoke sensor or manually by a break glass point. Natural ventilation for daily comfort is activated by an integrated system or via a wall switch.

Roof hatches provide safe and convenient access to commercial and industrial roof areas using interior ladders and stairs. For the ultimate corrosion resistance and outstanding durability, we can provide hatches with a powder coated finish in various standard and bespoke sizes.
